This episode featured WWF Champion Shawn Michaels surrendering the title and future Hall of Famers Triple H, The Rock, The Undertaker, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Vader, Owen Hart, Ron Simmons, The British Bulldog, Jim Ross, Gorilla Monsoon, Sunny, and Bret "Hitman" Hart.
This episode of Raw saw Dwayne Johnson win his first WWF title as Rocky Maivia, later joining the Nation of Domination in August and becoming The Rock.
