The "Boom Period of Professional Wrestling" was from 1984 to 2001. What I consider "The Golden Era" or when Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair dominated the industry in many ways, is from 1984 to 1994.

NOTE: Hulk Hogan was a prominent figure in professional wrestling from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s. He played a significant role in bringing professional wrestling into mainstream media, transcending the sport and becoming a pop icon known for his distinctive appearance and charisma.
NOTE: It is noteworthy that Bret Hart's most successful year in professional wrestling was his final in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF)in 1997. Despite this, he still holds the second on this list during "The Golden Era" due to his technical skills, compelling storytelling through matches, and his ability to create the impression of genuine competition. Hart demonstrated these attributes both as a tag team member of the Hart Foundation and as a singles performer from 1984 to 1994 in the WWF.
